Can Cheap Hair Extension do the Works, Too?

Hair extension: where did it really start? Why obsession with thick, beautiful hair began to invade many people's mind? Obviously, these hair extension mania started in Hollywood where celebrities spend thousands of dollars for quality extensions. But what if you are just an ordinary woman who find it expensive? Can you still have that beautiful hair with cheap hair extension? Cheap hair extension is usually synthetic and, frankly, looks unnatural. It is basically plastic and will never look as real as human hair. But it is, however, great for dreadlocks and certain other styles. Although synthetic hair is more fragile and should be worn as they come, it will still need a little fixing and styling. Since getting extensions from a salon requires time and money, many people prefer cheap hair extension like clip-ins. They are the fastest, easiest, and cheapest way to have multiple hair looks. But beware of using blow dryers, curling irons, or straighteners for they will damage the extensions. Applying too much styling products to synthetic hair is also unhealthy. Cheap hair extension made of synthetic hair is very easy to wear, and requires little maintenance. It can usually be shaped into styles by using the steam from boiling water to set the hair. Unlike human hair, synthetic fibers need minimal or no styling after washing. It is made from materials such as nylon, polyester, kankalon or modacrylic that will look unnatural. Also, synthetic hair colors usually run a shade darker than human hair and is generally used for bright, funky fashion colors such as pinks, greens and blues. So if you want to achieve natural-looking hair, then you should choose human hair extensions. The good thing about cheap hair extension like synthetic and clip-ins is that you can have five totally different hairstyles on different occasions in a month. You can have your hair perfectly adjusted with your outfit just like adjusting your accessories, and you will have that glamorous and fashionable look just like those celebrities. But before you decide on getting an extension, it is best to take a look at both hair types before proceeding. Whether you choose an expensive or a cheap hair extension, it all boils down to one thing at the end of the day; your personal preference is the most important of all because it is where you will feel more comfortable, confident, and beautiful.
